One off transfers to Crete
Kostas and Julie Samos make a number of one-off transfers each year to fund projects at their converted stone barn in Crete. Their latest project is a swimming pool.
Where in Crete is the property you’ve bought?
Our home is near Vamos, just east of Chania in Crete. We bought what was essentially a dilapidated farmhouse and barn. We’ve spent the last 2 years restoring it. We’ve begun renting out the barn to tourists and nearly all of them suggested we build a pool because it gets so hot in summer.
Why did you choose HiFX?
