Making an international money transfer in order to start a new life overseas could be of benefit to children.
It has been suggested by expatriate advice website Shelter Offshore that children who spend time living abroad with their families have an advantage over those who remain at home.
The website highlighted the fact that living in a foreign country offers children the opportunity to become bi or even multilingual.
"Whilst English is the international business language and there are international schools in almost every nation on earth where English is the language of study, if you move abroad you are much more likely to introduce your child to another language," the website noted.
Furthermore, children are often able to integrate more easily in a variety of situations having overcome the initial difficulty of settling into life in a new country.
Families who are considering moving abroad with their children may want to consider making an international money transfer through an independent foreign exchange broker in order to save money when setting up a new life overseas.
