An international money transfer to Turkey could help people who are looking to purchase a cheap property on the Mediterranean cost.
According to expatriate advice website Shelter Offshore, the country is one of several where Brits can pick up a place in the sun without the price tag attached to properties in France and Spain.
People will not need to sacrifice in terms of variety either, as the article notes: "Turkey's Mediterranean coastline is very long and therefore you have a massive choice of destinations to choose from."
Northern Cyprus, Tunisia and Egypt were also cited as other possible locations.
Making an international money transfer through an independent foreign exchange broker can help to keep costs down when moving to another country.
The currency exchange rate for the pound against the Turkish Lira stands at 2.3 lira to the pound at 16:00 BST on July 19th.
