France has once again been hailed as the finest country on the planet in which to live.
Just recently International Living Magazine bestowed that honour upon the Western European country for the fifth year in a row, pointing to its world-class healthcare as well as its stunning scenery and good weather.
Now, a new report from American broadcaster CNN has added further weight to this viewpoint, citing the examples of those who have opted to move there as evidence that the country offers the ideal all-round lifestyle.
For example, one American ex-pat was quoted as explaining the benefits of the social care system, which will see her enjoy a full year off work following the upcoming birth of her baby.
She added: "The culture, the food, the family, it's all just really nice here."
These comments come soon after a study carried out by the global law firm Withers Worldwide found that international money transfers could be on the rise as the wealthiest Britons continue to look into the possibility of moving abroad.
