People looking to make an international money transfer and invest in emerging markets abroad, could be interested to read Ignis Management's predictions for 2010.

In the company's publication, Hexam, Ignis has described China as one of the best emerging economies for investment.

With a ten per cent growth expected in the economy, the country could offer good returns to Brits looking to move their money abroad.

While "short-term jitters" are expected as the Asian country gets used to a tightening monetary policy, long-term investment is expected to see good returns.

Israel, Brazil and South Africa are also expected to see a strong market growth and a steady rate of inflation.

Countries which Ignis advised avoiding included Mexico, Thailand and Hungary; the latter of which is forecast to see zero per cent growth in 2010.
