British investors may like to take advantage of foreign exchange trading conditions by purchasing assets in countries outside of the eurozone.
Victoria Elliston from London recently told the Telegraph how a traditional property in Marrakech is providing an income for her family.
The investor purchased the premise as a renovation project and she is currently renting out its rooms for up to £250 per night.
Called a riad, the complex consists of several suites clustered around a swimming pool, while a roof terrace offers guests views of the surrounding countryside.
She told the paper: "It has cost just over £200,000 including renovation. The whole restoration project went very smoothly."
Meanwhile, property portal Homesgofast.com recently claimed that Florida is a prime destination for retiring expats due to its affordable house prices.
