Property portal to promote investment opportunities

Investors wishing to transfer money to overseas mortgages can now access a new resource, it has emerged.

International property portal VivaReal.net recently teamed up with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals to set up the website.

The real estate resource claims that it is one of the most comprehensive on the internet as it advertises homes for sale throughout Latin America, which may interest those planning on making international payments to the area.

Brian Requarth, co-founder of the portal, stated his belief that the website will prove popular with investors as 84 per cent of people turn to the internet when looking to purchase property.

"Latin America is full of opportunities and we are thrilled to be on the forefront of online real estate marketing in this region of the world," he said.

In other news, Mexico International Real Estate recently highlighted the country as a destination offering a safe lifestyle.
