The banking crisis appears to be easing and banks are set to lend more money to both businesses and individuals in the coming months, it has been claimed.
The latest figures from the Bank of England suggest that UK banks leant more money in the second quarter of this year and will continue to lend more as the months progress, which is good news for people looking to make an international money transfer.
With more people expected to emigrate over the course of this year to find employment and a better standard of living during the recession, loans to make an international payment for a new property abroad could be in even greater demand.
People planning an international money transfer to a foreign climate could find they are more easily able to get hold of the money they need via a loan in the months ahead as the banking sector begins to recover from the crisis it suffered last year.
The UK was plunged into recession at the end of 2008 after the global banking crisis saw financial institutions such as Royal Bank of Scotland require billions of pounds of public money to bail them out and prevent them from going bust.
