It has been claimed that people considering making an international payment to a foreign country should once again start looking at Spain.

Although the Spanish property market has suffered a difficult few years, the economy is back on track and experts have suggested now might be a good time for people to make a money transfer to Spain.

According to Write About Property, with the UK interest rate currently at an all-time low, a growing number of people are looking to invest in overseas property, with Spain once again becoming an attractive proposition.

The website added that a rising pound could create a "perfect storm" for people looking to invest in property in Spain.

Spanish property has long been an attractive option for UK people looking to make an international money transfer, but the country lost its lustre in recent times as the global economic downturn hit the market.

However, with the country's property available at cheap prices and suggestions that the market is on its way back up, it could be the ideal time to make a money transfer to Spain to purchase a property in the country.
