A growing number of people in the UK are starting to look at the options open to tem for emigrating, as the credit crunch continues.

With the recession expected to deepen in the UK over the months ahead, potentially resulting in thousands of people being made redundant, some are considering using their redundancy pay to make a foreign currency exchange and move abroad.

Although Australia has recently changed the types of employees on its list of most urgently required workers, following the downturn in the construction industry, the country is still keen to bring in a new workforce.

The Australian Visa Bureau has been urging British people not to give up their dreams of making a foreign currency exchange and emigrating to the country simply because of the recent changes, pointing out that workers are still required across a number of industries.

Meanwhile, Ireland's Fingal Independent has reported on the situation for workers at the country's SR Technics facility, who have been urged to consider emigrating to find new employment.
