Investors may want to make international bank transfers and purchase property abroad after hearing how Brazil is said to be a great destination all-year round.
Marco Lomanto, director of products and destinations for the country's official tourism board Embratur, claimed the nation has a wealth of attractions.
The expert explained that Brazil has a "very good" tropical climate throughout the year, with summertime lasting from December to March.
He noted that New Year is a particularly good time to visit the South American country.
It was suggested that the summer months are not the only time when there are a number of events on, with winter proving equally busy.
Visitors were encouraged to take a trip to the Amazon River and explore the natural surroundings at one of the world's most famous waterways.
"There are beautiful hotels and a lot of boats that make tourist destinations [and] accommodation.
"You can ride round the Amazon River and there are a lot of tourist things to do round there," Mr Lomanto stated.
Manaus was described as a "nice city" and may be a good place to purchase property, which can be rented out to tourists.
According to Mr Lomanto, the tourism board is planning to focus on boosting the profile of a number of cities, including Rio, Sau Paulo and Brasilia, which are surrounded by "beautiful landscapes and waterfalls".
The nation is also currently promoting the 12 host cities ahead of the Fifa World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games in 2016.
It was recently claimed by Mr Lomanto that Brazil is becoming increasingly accessible for tourists thanks to a range of new long-haul flights offered by airlines such as British Airways.
