Britons thinking of making an international payment on a property abroad may want to consider the hustle and bustle of Brazil.

A spokeswoman from travel firm Journey Latin America has said that because it is such a large country, Brazil has something to offer everyone.

Those looking to emigrate abroad and escape Britain's credit crunch could find that they get more for their money with the foreign currencies offered elsewhere.

In addition to its party atmosphere and beautiful beaches, "the cost of living in Brazil … is considerably cheaper than living in the UK," commented Laura Rendell-Dunn, marketing manager at the company.

"Another reason to move to Brazil is that the economy is doing very well at the moment. So, business is thriving, people are spending lots of money," she added.

Recently, property professionals uv10 said that Brazil is a hotspot for property investors, with the country's domestic population booming and providing "massive new buying power".

This may be an attraction for Britons planning to buy a property via an international transaction and rent the building out.
