International money transfers to Brazil could be popular with investors after "phenomenal" levels of sales have been recorded.
Arco Iris housing developer told Overseas Property Professional (OPP) that the first phase of the latest development has done "phenomenally well" with properties sold in four months.
"In the current market, I'm very happy," Anthony Armstrong Emery, chief executive of Arco Iris explained to OPP.
Investors buying into these social properties have been advised that they will receive a 20 per cent return 12 months after the funds are received.
Mr Armstrong Emery added: "We've had a real mix of people, buyers from the Far East, the Emirates, France, Spain, Portugal, Israel and even Brazilians who don't live there anymore are using us to invest in their home country because it's the easiest way and because of the protection we offer."
Using a foreign exchange broker to make an international money transfer to Brazil will help foreign investors to avoid high transfer fees.
