Confidence is beginning to return to the property market in Spain, with sales of single family homes and condominiums, as well as investments in land increasing.
This is according to a new research report from the University of Florida, which noted that optimism appears to be increasing "slowly but steadily".
Overseas investors that are considering investing in real estate in the US might want to consider looking to a foreign exchange broker for some of the most competitive for some of the best currency exchange rates on the market.
Reeta Casey, vice-president of the Stockworth Group, told Overseas Property Professional that more people will be looking to buy property in the US in 2011.
"Many are waiting to see if the economic trend continues on a more positive note, which I believe it will. Once the new tax laws take effect and people know more about their own tax consequences, that will also make a difference," Ms Casey said.
