People considering buying property overseas might want to look into making an international money transfer to Spain.
This could help them keep the cost down when buying a property in the country.
They may find themselves with a real bargain on their hands as recent comments have suggested that prices are still falling.
Will Needham, editor of SpanishPropertyMagazine.com, said: "The best data indicates that prices are still falling and will continue to do so throughout 2011.
"The rate of decline appears to be falling, so those looking for the bottom of the market should probably continue to wait."
International money transfers made through an independent foreign exchange broker tend to offer some of the most competitive rates of currency exchange available.
Mr Needham added that there is likely to be a "modest improvement" in the number of transactions as people jump on the bargain properties in Spain.
