Britons looking to make that all-important international money transfer on an overseas property might want to consider Turkey in terms of destination.
According to James Dearsley, European sales manager at Atlas International, the country can offer a wide range of benefits to those wishing to invest in property.
"It covers many areas; the prices are cheap, the capital growth is good and the rental income is good," he said.
Additionally, the country has a range of property opportunities available to suit all the needs of property investors or members of the public.
Commenting on the country's investment market, Mr Dearsley added: "It does exactly what everyone wants."
Recent findings by property magazine Jet-to-Let highlighted that Turkey was among the favourite destinations of those potentially planning to make an international money transfer on an investment property.
The country came in tenth place in the research, published last month.
