Overseas property investors 'tempted by Brazil'

International money transfers to Brazil could be on the rise as it has been suggested that the country popular with investors.
Research from Colordarcy revealed that overseas property investors are showing the most interest in Brazil.
However, many are being turned away because access to finance is limited at the moment.
Cash buyers are still able to buy in Brazil, in fact Adam Samuel, director at Nubricks.com, said that they are in "a very strong position" due to the fact that people are "needing to sell things".
He added that a number of factors are boosting Brazil's popularity, including the potential for growth, a "fairly stable politic situation" and a lot of natural resources, which will help support the export market.
International money transfers could help Britons to move cash to Brazil at a competitive rate of currency exchange.
