Could international money transfers to France rise?

International money transfers to France could be on the rise as another resort in the country has been praised.

Val d'Isere has been noted for its family-friendly qualities by Famille Plus Montagne.

The agency gave the resort its 'Famille Plus' stamp of approval, signifying that it is a child friendly location and would be suitable for family holidays.

Sophie Martin, press officer at the Val d'Isere Tourist Office, commented: "Val d'Isere is known worldwide for its international ski competitions.

"However it is also very important to us to show that families and beginners can spend great holidays in Val d'Isere too, both on the slopes and in the village, enjoying different kinds of activities."

The location was recently named as the best budget destination for "ski divas" to take to the slopes.
