International money transfers to the US could prove popular with property investors as the country's housing market is showing further signs of recovery.
The National Association of Realtors announced earlier this month that existing home sales in the US rose by 7.6 per cent between August and July this year.
Comments from Les Calvert, director at Property-Abroad.com, could further tempt investors as he noted that "there is still property out there that people can pick up for peanuts".
Mr Calvert added: "If you are looking to buy a property in Florida as a holiday home and as an investment, it can only prove to be a double winner.
"You are getting a property for your holidays at a cheap price and it can only go up over the terms of the investment."
