International investment opportunities available

International money transfers could help investors to take advantage of the opportunities available on property markets around the world.

Paul Collins, property editor of BuyAssociation, recently suggested that there is something on offer for investors in a number of countries.

"A lot of countries are looking very good for property investment, but there are deals to be had in pretty much every country as well," he said.

However, Mr Collins highlighted Spain and Portugal in particular as having some "very good deals on offer".

Furthermore, he noted that France is becoming "very popular", which chimes with the results of a recent survey by uSwitch.com.

The study showed that France came out on top in terms of quality of life in European countries.

Longer holiday allowances, earlier retirement ages and high life expectancy all contributed to improving living conditions.
