Uk House Prices +10.9% Year - On Year in January
The Department for Communities and Local Government said that the house prices in Britain rose by 10.9% year on year in January compared with a 9.9% gain in the previous month. The data also showed that the average house price now stood at £205,286 in January vs £201,090 in December.
