HiFX has a formal graduate recruitment programme which takes place in January, May and September of each year although we do hire graduate level individuals from time to time outside of our core graduate induction.
We seek individuals with a flair for sales, customer focus, planning, organising and communication skills, motivation, drive and the ability to support our mission of delivering customer service excellence.
Typically, graduates join us within our corporate sales function (business to business), private client sales (business to consumer) or within our customer services teams (operations and settlements).
We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package to our graduates, with eligibility to participate in our bonus or commission based incentive schemes.
