Tell me about the recruitment process.
Our selection process is designed to ensure your application is dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Our recruitment process normally follows the current process:-
Telephone interview
Some positions require that we conduct initial interviews via the telephone with our Recruitment Manager. Tele-interviews may last up to 30 minutes. Following a tele-interview you will be notified if you are being invited for formal interview within 1-2 days;
1st interview
Prior to attending interview with us you will be asked to complete a personal profile questionnaire (behavioural profiling tool) as part of our recruitment and selection process. 1st interviews are conducted by our HR team and may include line managers. Interviews typically last between 30-60 minutes. After a 1st interview you will be notified if you have been selected for 2nd interview normally within 2-3 days.
2nd interview
These interviews are an opportunity to meet with your prospective manager and team members. At 2nd interview you will normally sit an aptitude test as part of our recruitment and selection process. Following 2nd interview you will receive feedback about your interview and notified if an offer of employment is being made normally within 2–5 days of attending interview.
